• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account.
• Operating an account on behalf of someone else or using another person's funds is prohibited.

To keep your account secure, hhdb recommends keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled. If you notice any suspicious login activity, change your password immediately and notify hhdb.

Deposits and withdrawals on hhdb are quick and straightforward, though certain rules must be followed.

• Minimum deposit is ৳200. The maximum single deposit limit is determined by your account tier.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• The payment method used for deposits and the destination for withdrawals must be the same mobile banking number.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled. It is advisable to complete the wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal.
